Obituary of Marilyn McCartney
McCARTNEY, Marilyn Janet peacefully surrounded by family at the Wiarton Hospital Sunday July 8, 2018. Marilyn McCartney (nee Blake) of Wiarton in her 81st year. Beloved wife of John ‘Jack’ for 57 years. Cherished mother of Kathy McLeod and her husband Glen Ard of Wiarton and grandmother of Joel and his wife Lauren of Clavering. Dear sister of Betty McGrath of Burlington. Missed by nieces Karen Lambshed and her husband Tom and Kim Broemser and her husband Jerry both of Waterdown and her special friend Audrey McLeod of Clavering. Predeceased by brother-in-law Bruce McGrath. Private family funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
