Obituary of Marilyn Joyce Wells
(nee Taylor)
January 3, 1945 – January 14, 2018
Peacefully passed away at
Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Jan 14, 2018
with her daughter Lisa (Brandon)Smith of Courtice holding her hand.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Clifford, of Bowmanville, 54 years married. Her son Darren (Pauline), of Oshawa, her grand-daughters Taylor and Hailey Smith of Courtice. Her sister, Carole Bowden (Jacque) of Whitby. Fondly remembered by, nephew Doug Bowden (Gloria) & family of Ajax, nephew Dave Bowden & family of Bloomfield, niece Cheryl Woitte & family and sisters-in-law; Linda Wells, of Red Deer, AB, Mona Roydhouse, of Peer, AB, Sherry Kalk (Norman), of Cherhill, AB, Diane Arndt (Ewald), of Yellow Head County, AB, and her many more nieces, nephews and cousins. She will also be missed by her four legged feline friends, Cricket and Venus.
Cremation has taken place and at her request there will be no funeral. A celebration of life will take place in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville, ON. Many thanks to the wonderful nurses at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Acute Short Stay. (8th Floor).
