Mrs. Marie Snelgrove, of High River, formerly of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Country Hospice, Okotoks, on March 13, 2018 at the age of 77 years. Marie will be dearly missed by her loving sons: Greg (Janet) of Calgary, Garry (Judy) of Red Deer, Glenn (Julie) of High River as well as five cherished grandchildren. Marie is also survived by her siblings: Geraldine (Albert) Dyke of Ontario, Bob (Ruby) Chipman of Sarnia, ON. as well as numerous other family and friends. Marie was predeceased… by her beloved husband Charles “Bud” in 1996. An interment service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, 3219 – 4 St N.W., Calgary, on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Marie’s Life will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Home Reception Lounge, 301 Macleod Trail, High River, on Saturday, March 17, 2018 between 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. If desired, in memory of Marie, memorial donations may be considered to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
