Maria D’Intino
April 8, 1934 – April 7, 2018
It is with deep sadness that the family announce the passing of Maria in her 84th year. Maria will be greatly missed by her husband Gabriele of 58 years and her children Alfonso, Tullio (Trish), and Anna (Gene). Nonna’s memory will be cherished by her grandchildren, Anthony (Melissa), Luke (Felicia), Delian and Sarah. Bisnonna will be forever remembered by Gabriella, Anthony, Luca, and Sofia. We love you Bisnonna. Maria will be remembered by her brothers Angelo (Josephine) Camilli and family; Domenico (Joan) Camilli and family; and her brother in-law Giacinto Cieri and family. Maria will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews,cousins and friends. Maria has gone to be reunited with her mother, Maria Grazia and her father Alfonso. Her sisters Delfina and Antonietta. Maria was born in Brittoli, Italy before coming to Canada with her family in 1973. She was a loving and kind person that touched the lives of all who came to know her. Maria spent many hours involved in her favourite past time of baking and creating delicious foods for all friends and family. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL HOME 43 Barton St. E. (near James) on Wednesday, April 11, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 4 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony’s Church, Hamilton (Prospect and Barton) on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek mountain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ontario Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
Maria will be remembered and loved forever.
