Marguerite (fondly known as Mimi) Budzik, nee Telmosse, was born in Montreal on June 22nd, 1938. It is with great sadness that we express our loss of Mimi who passed away at St. Joseph’s at Fleming Long Term Nursing Home on Monday, October 29, 2018 at the age of 80. She was the beloved wife of Peter Budzik, much loved mother of her children Claire, John, Michael and James, and also dearly loved by her grandchildren Katrina, Benjamin, Andrew James, Ewan and Amelia. Mimi graduated from the University of Montreal with a Masters degree in Social Work. After graduation she worked at the Montreal Notre Dame Hospital where she received praise for her work with the patients by the Medical Director. Mimi took part in many artistic hobbies including stained glass, painting and print making. She studied painting under Carole Reynolds in Bethany. With her husband she travelled extensively across Canada, The United States, Europe and Asia. Her joyful personality and warm sense of humour will be sorely missed by all her family and friends.
