Obituary of Marg McDowell
Margaret McDOWELL (nee Bradish)
Margaret (Marg) McDowell passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Monday, December 24, 2018, after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife for 56 years of the late Lyle McDowell (2017), and devoted mother to David and Theresa of Manitoulin Island, and Karen and Mike Mitsovich of Sebringville. Marg loved spending time with her grandchildren: William (Courtnie) and Heather (Keagan) McDowell, Matthew and Amanda Mitsovich, Mark and Aimee Roesner, Lisa and Chris Turner, and her great-grandchildren Liam and Addy Turner.
She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Tom Bradish (Helen), Mary Johnson (Ron), Nora Tingle (Wayne), Grace Bradish (Andy Thompson), and sister-in-law Shirley Bradish. Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Jessie Bradish, and her brother Ed. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and former colleagues from MB McEachren School. Many thanks to all those who supported by phone or in person, especially those who travelled great distances. And our heartfelt gratitude to Grace, for guiding us all on this journey.
