Margaret « Margie » Everson
1934-2018
EVERSON, Margaret (Margie) (formerly Wellsman) nee Livingstone.
A long-time resident of Cambridge (Galt), Ontario, passed away
peacefully at Innisfree House on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at the
age of 83 years.
Margie will be sadly missed by her children, Pat (Garry), Kim (Karl),
Mike (Linda) and Dianne (John), her 9 grandchildren, 13 great
grandchildren, her brother David and her good friend Bonnie. She was
predeceased by her sister, Helen Littlejohn.
Margie was small in stature but had a huge heart and a very full life.
Not only was she a mother, wife, sister and friend, but she worked
hard as a factory worker, waitress and salesperson. She also had a
number of entrepreneurial pursuits including a weight-loss clinic in
Tampa, Florida. She loved to paint, decorate, listen to music from
the 70’s and watch her favourite shows on T.V., especially the
Price is Right and the Young & Restless.
Friends and relatives are welcome to join us to remember Margie and
pay their respect at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N.,
Cambridge on Saturday, September 15, 2018 between 2pm and 5pm.
