Margaret Mah (nee Lee)
Margaret was predeceased by her beloved spouse, Sidney Mah and her grandchild, Mariel. She is the mother of Alice Mah Wren (Jamie), Eva Mah Borsato (Frank), Elaine Williams (Dale), Marilyn Mah, and Arthur Mah (Sayuri); Grandmother of Addison Lacasse, Trevor and Megan Williams and Great “Poi Poi” to Isaiah, Joy and Mabel Lacasse.
Margaret was born in Lethbridge, Alberta and sent back to China for her formal education. She lived there through her younger years and through WWII. She finally came to Canada in her late teens and later met Sidney Mah, whom she married. She was an extraordinary homemaker for many years to 5 children, a devoted wife, active curler and swimmer in her younger years, and “bloomed” in her later years as an accomplished golfer (3 holes in 1 in her lifetime), talented painter, self-taught pianist and lover of classical music and lastly as a Tai Chi instructor. She was known as a feisty and determined woman with sharp wit and humor. She will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Eventide Funeral Home at 4820-45 Street on February 10th at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
