With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Dac on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Drayton Valley Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 66 years. Margaret owned and operated T-Bones Specialty Foods in Drayton Valley, where she worked alongside the love of her life, Pete for many years; and was also a singer with the Valley Voices Choir, a group she truly enjoyed being a part of. Margaret will be forever loved and greatly missed by her husband, Pete; children, Trevor (Louise) Grinde and Holly (Kenneth) Chodak; grandchildren, Morgan Grinde, Julie Grinde, Carter Grinde, Karston Chodak and Tollen Chodak; sister, Erma (Peter) Brady; step-children, Randy (Colleen) Dac and Karen (André) Plante; step-grandchildren, Roxanne (Dan) Trembley, Matthew Dac, Trent Dac, Natalie Dac and Maggie Plante; nieces and nephews, Bonnie (Steven) Page, Kevin (Shelley) Henke, Michael (Katelynn) Brady, Kimberley (Kevin) Walsh and Matthew Brady. Margaret will also be missed by numerous extended family and wonderful friends. All are invited to join Margaret’s family in celebration of her life at Emmaus Lutheran Church, corner of 50th Avenue and 46th Street, Drayton Valley on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Marshall officiating.
