Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife, children and mother-in-law holding his hands on Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 at the age of 58. True love of his wife Elvira (née Longo). Proud father of Ermelinda “Mindie” and Silvio “Sly” (Nicko). Beloved brother of Claudio (Lisa) and his sweet nieces Ashley (Danny), Amanda (Ali), Olivia and Claudia. Exceptional brother-in-law to Maria (Richard), Giselle (Nick), Anna (John) and bro to Mario Longo Jr. (Cindy). His nephew Robert and his nieces Taylor, Victoria, Deanne, Erica and Marina adored their uncle. Marcello is predeceased by his parents Ermelinda and Silvio Vallati and his father-in-law Mario Longo. He is lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Dina Longo and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends (and, by his furry best friend, Cash). To Marcello, Fiorenzo and Anna Bresolin and their children comare Jenna Marie (Eric, Chase-Fiorenzo) and comare Amy, gave new meaning to the quote “Friends are the family you choose”.
