It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Hilda Main on October 11, 2018 at the age of 79 years.
Mary was raised on a dairy farm in Somerset, UK. She travelled with two girl friends to Canada in 1965 aboard the Franconia Cunnard Line arriving in Montreal and worked her way across Canada to Calgary. Mary was employed in a variety of jobs winding up in the horticulture field. In retirement Mary enjoyed tending her garden on Elma Street and was a regular at Christ Church… Read More » Millarville.
Mary was predeceased by her parents and one nephew UK and Lyall Alcock companion of 25 years. She is survived by one brother and three sisters and their families in Somerset and Devon UK.

A graveside service will be held at the Okotoks Union Cemetery 30 Westland Street Okotoks on Thursday October 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
