MAC FERGUSON
Of Deer Lake, Lount Township and formerly of North Bay
Peacefully with his family by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday December 13, 2018 at the age of 86.
Mac Ferguson, beloved husband of 64 years of Mary Jean Ferguson (nee Ireland).
Loving father of Douglas (Suzanne), John (Lisa) and Heather (Bernie).
Proud grandpa of Jennifer (Steve), Doug Jr., Diego, Carter (Jade), Carleigh (Kelly) and great grandpa of Quinn, Calan, Colton, Mia and Austin.
Cherished brother of Greta, Ruby, late Marie, Cam and Norm.
Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mac worked for Bell Canada for 38 years and retired to Deer Lake in Lount Township. He drummed in the Callander Legion Pipe Band and loved spending time with his family.
A private family service will be conducted at the Opatovsky Funeral Home – Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge.
Spring interment at the Wattenwyle Cemetery in Lount Township.
If desired, memorial donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
