Obituary for « Luke » James Stuckless
It is with profound sadness that the family of the late James “Luke” Stuckless announces his passing. Luke passed away from the James Peyton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 at the age of 91 years.
Predeceased by his son – Wayne (Phyllis); parents – Thomas & Louise Stuckless; siblings – John, William, George, Allan, Wilfred, Elizabeth, Annie, Naomi and Phoebe.
Left with fond and loving memories is his wife – Audrey; children – Paul (Carol Ann), Nancy (Robert) and Dan; grandchildren – Ashley (Jamie), Wayne Jr., Craig (Alysha), Jodi, Allison, Lance, Troy and Dylan; seven great-grandchildren; sisters – Florence Crocker, Gladys Osmond (Arthur) and Anita Fagan as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Westport, NL on Sunday, January 28th, 2018 from 7:00-9:00PM.
The Rev. Charlene Laing will conduct the Funeral Service from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Westport, NL on Monday, January 29th, 2018 at 11:00AM. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Westport.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Luke’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 10 Pinsent Drive, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, A2A 2R6
