Luigi passed away peacefully on December 4, 2018 at Vancouver Hospital due to complications from kidney and heart conditions. He will be remembered for his true compassion for hunting, fishing and gardening. Luigi had a true love for his family and we all loved him for his support and accepting nature. He was a long time employee of AJ Forsyth Steel (45 years). Luigi is loved and remembered by his wife Luisa (61 years); sons Dominic (Rose) and Frank (Jeanie); grandchildren Christina (Dave), Michelle, Danielle (Adam), Cassandra (Jeremy), Justin (Meagan), Adam (Michelle) and great grandson Declan. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at St. Helen’s Parish, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, Abbey Mausoleum, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.bellburnaby.com
