FRANCIOSI, Luigia
1944 -2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Luigia on April 6, 2018 at the age of 73. Luigia was born in Semonzo del Grappa, Treviso, Italy on July 4, 1944. She was predeceased by her loving husband Giuseppe in 2013. She is survived by her loving family: daughter Sonia (Ryan), son Luigi (Colleen); grandchildren: Lucas, Lucia, Ina & Edward; brother-in-law Andrea in Canada as well as sisters-in-law Maria and Olinda in Italy; many nieces, nephews, and friends in Italy and Vancouver. Special thanks to first responders. Prayers will be offered at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier St., Vancouver, B.C. where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Entombment will follow at the South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
