Obituary of Lorna Boshart
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Wednesday morning, February 14th, 2018. Lorna May Boshart (nee Finlay), of Owen Sound, at the age of 87 years. Loving mother of Brad Boshart (Brenda), of Stratford, Larry Boshart (Liz), of Hanover, Lori Mitchell (Larry), of Owen Sound and mother-in-law of Bruce Mohr, of Stratford. Proud grandmother of Scott (Diane), Luke (Chrissy), Jabe (Veronica), Casey (Michelle), Jaimie (Rob), Paige, Amber, Logan, Delaney and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ann Miller (Gerald), of New Dundee, Jean Bissett, of Bright and Earl Finlay, of Orillia. Predeceased by her parents, William and Maria Finlay; her daughter, Fay Mohr; her granddaughter, Brandy Boshart; her siblings, Margaret, Marjorie, Barbara, Clarence, Howard, Jack, Murray, Verna and Viola.
A Funeral Service for Lorna Boshart will be held in the Chapel of the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Krejlgaard officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment in Leith Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice as an expression of sympathy.
