It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lonnie Pianezzola on February 23, 2018 in Trail. He was born in Trail.
Lonnie is survived by his mother Candy, his sister Christine (Johnny) Lind, his nephews Kaelin and Korbin and many aunties, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his father Louis, his grandparents Nanny and Papa Penner and Nona and Nono Pianezzola.
Lonnie spent most of his life in Trail. He graduated at J.L.Crowe High School with the class of 1999. He had a passion for golf and he loved spending time at the lake.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish with Father Francis dela Cruz, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Rossland. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
