Agoncillo, Liwayway Canedo:
Passed away, peacefully, with her son and daughter by her side, at 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, November 4th, 2018 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 71. Beloved wife to the late Reynaldo Em. Agoncillo Jr. (January 13, 1987). Loving Mother to Jennifer Ann A. Uy (Romeo L. Uy) and Ronald Ray C. Agoncillo (Deane Joy E. Agoncillo). Cherished Grandmother to Romuel Jerome A. Uy and Jenelle Arianne A. Uy and Kezia Raynina E. Agoncillo and Kiara Joynina E. Agoncillo. Dear sister to Ligaya C. Mugot, Geronimo Canedo Jr., Luniningning C. Apostol, Eldora C. Abiera, Geres C. Gumahad and Carolyn C. Escalante. She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews in both Canada, the United States, and the Philippines.
Liwayway’s family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at Trinity Evangelical Missionary Church, 330 Conversation Dr., Waterloo followed by the Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow at the church.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada – Lewy Body Dementia or Grand River Hospital Foundation – Freeport Campus would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467).
