Linda Morton
1946-2018
Linda Eileen Morton ,71, a lifelong resident of Salisbury
passed away peacefully Saturday May 19, 2018 at the Moncton
Hospital.
Linda was the youngest daughter of the Late Albert
and Millie (Dernier) Spence and was a graduate of the former Salisbury
Regional High School and a member of Salisbury Baptist Church. A
hairdresser she opeated Lin Mor Beauty Salon in Salisbury where
clients were really friends and she and Mac were longtime members of
the Citation Trailer Club. For many years summer weekends were spent
with friends at Pine Cone trailer park.
Survived by her beloved husband of 50
years Stewart (Mac); cherished siblings Judy Colpitts (Hugh), Sharon
Bainbridge (John) and Donald Spence (Debby); sister in law Eileen
Blakney and by several nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home,
3350 Rt 106 Salisbury (372-4800) with visiting Wednesday May 23 from 1
p.m. until service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Laura Sherwood officiating.
Interment at First North River Baptist Cemetery.
The family wish to express sincere
gratitude to Doctors and Nurses of the Moncton Hospital floors 4600,
4100 and 3600 for the wonderful care received.
Memorials if desired to the Friends of the Moncton
Hospital Pallative care unit or First North River Baptist Cemetery
fund would be appreciated by the family.
