Lee (Vadneau, née Krutz)
After a short illness, in her 96th year, « DIAMOND LIL », passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 15, 2018, with her family by her side at the nursing home « Medex Extendicare » in Ottawa, Ontario. Lillian was born in Welland, Ontario on January 27, 1923 to Fredrick Krutz and Augusta Stuhlmacher. She moved to Otter Lake, Quebec when she married Edgar Vadneau (deceased) on September 10, 1940. She is predeceased by her two sisters Ethel and Myrtle and two brothers Lawrence and Russell. Leaving to morn her passing are her children Maureen (Ken), Gail (GIlbert), Allan (Sally), Debbie (Mike) and Patricia as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mom had a special love for cats especially for her « Stevie » and « Midnight ». Lillian’s family would like to thank the staff at « Medex Extendicare » nursing home for the excellent care and great compassion everyone there extended to our mother. Lillian’s Interment will take place in the spring of 2018 at St. Charles Parish, Otter Lake, Quebec. Rest in peace Mom, we will miss you dearly. Your loving family.
