Leonard Hugh Dowling March 8, 1925 – June 28, 2018. It is with great sadness that the family of Len Dowling announces his passing on Thursday June 28, 2018. Len was the beloved son of Oscar and Alice Dowling of Stratford, Ontario. Len will be fondly remembered by his niece, Elizabeth Erdeljac and his great-niece and -nephew, Allison Rietta (Michael) and Jason Erdeljac. (Frances). He will be missed by cousin Tom Burns (Suzanne), as well as many friends. Len was born in Peel Township, Ontario. He served his Country honourably and notably in World War II, as Rifleman from July 8th, 1944 to August 19th, 1946, and after the war, spent most of his life in Hamilton, Ontario.
