Lenna Mae Violet Couch
(nee Foskett)
March 14, 1949 – February 22, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Lenna Mae Violet Couch ( Foskett) announces her passing at home, surrounded by her family, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer on February 22, 2018 at the age of 68 years.
Lenna will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband and best friend of 50+ years Greg and her adoring children Dustin (Lisa) and daughter Sarah. Lenna will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Dalton, Tatyana, Nicholas and as a loving Aunt to Stacy, Kris and Nolan and Jeff. She will be greatly remembered by many friends and her wonderful neighbors Colleen, Ron, Erin, Angie and Bradley Haass. Also, Al & Ivana Warr for their tremendous support. Lenna will also be missed by her four legged friends Riley, Jax and Clinton.
Lenna graduated from St Michael’s Nursing school in 1969 and enjoyed a long career as a nurse. Lenna was an incredible person and loved gardening, quilting and will be forever remembered for her cooking and baking talent, most of all she simply loved spending time with her family and friends.
A special thanks to Dr Corpus and his amazing staff, and Dr Pavone and all the wonderful Nurses and Doctors of the Home Hemo Dialysis Unit in Whitby.
At Lenna’s request, no Funeral Service will be held. A Celebration of her Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Lakeridge Health Whitby ~ Home Hemo Dialysis Department. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville, ON.
