Lawrence (Larry) Brisbois
Brisbois, Lawrence Ernest “Larry” – It is with profound sorrow that the family announce the passing of Larry Brisbois on December 11, 2018 at the St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Elliot Lake at the age of 77 years. Larry was a loving husband of 57 years to Gail Brisbois of Blind River, father of David (Lisa), Steven (Carol), Bruce (Reneigh), grandfather of Jennifer, Adam, Charles, Stephanie, Nathaniel, Emmalyn, Anthony, Grayson and great grandfather of Oliver, George, Emmett and Carter. Pre-deceased by his parents Jean “Joe” and Blossom Brisbois, he is survived by his brother Donald and dear cousin Gary Thomas. Larry, a dedicated member of the Masons, he was a member of many local lodges including Blind River, Elliot Lake, Espanola and Sault Ste. Marie. He was also a member of the Templar Knights as well as an enthusiastic grand organist and he offered his musical talents wherever and whenever they were needed.
A Masonic service will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm from the Masonic Hall Lodge number 487 in Blind River. Memorial contributions to the North Shore Health Network Blind River site would be appreciated by the family.
