Forever Loved
It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of our dear loved one, on July 27, 2018, at the age of 77 years.
Lawrence is survived by his loving wife Eileen, of 50 years plus; three sisters and one brother: Pauline Rutar of Sherwood Park, Eileen Serink of Edmonton, Bernice Moniuk of Calgary, and Clifford of Edmonton; sister-in-law Sylvia; the Ralston family; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his father John; mother Evelyn; brother Dennis; and brothers-in-law: Mike Rutar, Frank Serink, and Metro Moniuk.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home (South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park, AB)
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (150, 9450-50 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6B 2T4 or the Canadian Diabetes Association (14803 Yellowhead Trail, Edmonton, AB, T5L 3C4).
Many thanks to the Capital Care Strathcona staff, Dr. Injang-Otu, Dr. Carlson, Dr. Lewis, and the nurses at Fort Saskatchewan Hospital who provided such excellent, compassionate and kind care to both Lawrence and myself.
