KOSTERIVA, Karen Kathleen
Karen Kathleen Kosteriva April 16, 1939 – December 10, 2018 Karen passed away peacefully at the Wetaskiwin Hospital Long Term Care with friends at her side. Born in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, Karen completed her high school education in Lloydminster and went on to complete her RN training in England. Returning afterwards to Alberta, she specialized in Emergency Room nursing. Karen is predeceased by her parents Richard and Kathleen Kosteriva of Lloydminster and sister-in-law Shari Kosteriva. She is survived by two brothers Alan (Carol) Kosteriva, Ray Kosteriva and one sister Cheryl (Ken) Hollington along with numerous nieces and nephews. Her family and friends remember Karen as a loving and giving person. Interment is planned for a later date. We would like to especially thank the staff at Long Term Care for their kind and loving care of Karen over these past three years.
