October 2nd, 1926 – March 30th, 2018
Peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones at the lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane on Friday March 30th, 2018 at the age of 91. He was predeceased exactly 4 months ago by the love of his life Sheung Woon Lim. He is survived by his daughters Chun Chu Lo, Chun Mei Leung, Mei King Lim and Linda Wormald, his grandchildren Stephen Lo, Roger Leung and Victor Leung, Nancy Lo, Alexis Wormald and Erin Wormald, son-in-laws Tony Lo, Albert Leung , Lawrence,
his nieces and nephews Ken Lim, James Lim, Leslie Jung (Harry McGuire), Steven Jung, Terry Jung (Audrey Lum), Cindy Tam (Jamie Cheng), Gina Tam and Ricky Tam, sister-in-laws Suzey Lim, Sheung Tai Jung, brother-in-law Tam Sik Yum (Tam Siu Lan), he also leaves behind many great-nieces and great nephews. He was also predeceased by his son Peter Lim, brother Danny Lim, brother-in-law Bing Young Jung, mother Kam Han Lim and father Lim Gim Thein
Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine funeral home, 149 Third Street West, Cochrane, Ontario on Friday April 6th, 2018 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday April 7, 2018 at 10:30 am followed by the reception at the Panda Restaurant in Cochrane. The joint interment with his beloved wife will take place in the spring 2018 at the Cochrane Civic Cemetery.
