Kay Cohen
With sadness we announce the passing of Kay Cohen, of
Moncton, at the age of 99. Kay was born in Tracadie, NB to Rebecca and
Jacob Fransblow, the second youngest of nine
siblings.
She is predeceased by her husband Nathan and survived by her
one son, David, his wife, Carolyn Baer (of Moncton) and their
two daughters, Arianne and Rachel.
The love of family (including nieces and nephews) and friends
was always paramount in her life and their constant affection so
appreciated.
The family would like to take this opportunity to also thank
Imelda Lagundi for her dedicated service, Drs. Alqdah, Sigsworth,
Mowatt and Phelan, the dedicated and caring staff of The Moncton
Hospital and the members of the Moncton Jewish Community for their
kindness and support.
Funeral Service will be held at Tiferes Israel
Synagogue, 56 Steadman St., Moncton on Wednesday,
January 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be
held at Tiferes Israel Cemetery, Dieppe.
