HARRIS, Kathleen Frances (Kathy)-
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kathy Harris, of Belleville at the age of 37. She is predeceased by her parents David & Alice Harris. Kathy will be fondly remembered by Bill Richardson (Jen Heideman), her son William David Richardson as well as Lori Bastian (Richardson) and her husband Yan, William Richardson Sr., and Debbie Fradette. She is also survived by her brothers Gerry and Michael Harris of Newfoundland.
