Passed away peacefully on March 25, 2018 in her 85th year at the Hamilton General Hospital.
Predeceased by her son John Douglas. She will be missed by her daughter Caroline Irene (James). Loving Granny to Anita, Aaron, Colin, Tia, and Bobby. June will also be missed by her daughter in law Lori, and her nephews Michael, Dave, and Bruce and their families. Her wonderful circle of friends will cherish their many happy memories of her. Predeceased by her brothers Ivor Stewart, and Robert Keith. She worked for many years at Wentworth Lodge as an R.N.A., was an active member of St. James Anglican Church, a former member of the St. James Knitting Guild, and was a regular at Café 55. The family will receive friends at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, Swackhamer Chapel, 195 King Street West, Dundas on Wednesday, March 28th from 2-4pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, 137 Melville Street West, Dundas on Thursday, March 29th at 11am. Interment to take place at the St. Andrew’s-St. James Cemetery in Orillia. If so desired, donations in June’s memory may be made to St. James Anglican Church, Dundas.
