Judy Schmidt of Stratford, surrounded by friends and family, died peacefully Monday evening November 26, 2018. She was born on July 25, 1946 in Stratford to wonderful parents Bill and Betty Howard.
After retiring from Intertec Systems in St. Marys, she spent many hours on family research, knitting, crocheting and sewing for family and friends.
Survived by her treasured son Todd (Wendy), grandson Brodie, granddaughters Briane and Olivia, and great-granddaughter McKenna, her sisters, Gail Quail (Jack), Ruth-Anne Matetich (Rick deceased), Sharon Class (Danee), brothers, Gerry (Sharon ) and Jim (Barbara) and many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents and her beloved son Travis (1993).
A special thankyou to her friend Janet Simpson for her endless help throughout her illness.
To her friends, family and those who have touched her throughout her life “Thanks for the memories and I’ll see you on the other side”.
