Joy Elizabeth Bowerman

Died on November 28, 2018 at Hallowell House, Picton. Joy was born in Bloomfield on October 26, 1918 to Charles and Ida Culmer. She was predeceased by her husband Stephen, son Gary and siblings Hazel Lintner (Edward), Dorothy Davies (Hugh), Charles and George Culmer. Survived by her brother Roger Culmer (Marion) and sister-in-law Barbara Culmer and by many nieces and nephews. Joy was a lifetime member of the Bay of Quinte Golf Club and was a well known Realtor in Belleville. Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Bloomfield on Monday December 3rd at 2 p.m. with family receiving friends the hour prior. Pastor Peter Spragg officiating. Interment to follow at Hicksite Cemetery, Bloomfield. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton.
