The death occurred at the Souris Hospital on Friday, January
26, 2018 of Josephine (Jody) Murphy (nee MacInnis) (Eldershaw),
formerly of Morell, St. Peters and the Colville Manor, Souris age 87
years..
Daughter of Jack Dan and Lillian (Lewis) MacInnis. Mother of
Shannon (Jason) Larocque. Grandmother of Jane, Luke and Melody
Larocque – the lights of her life. Also survived by brothers and
sisters Billy (Dolly) MacInnis, Sarah (Ray) Sanderson and Anne
(George) Stewart, brothers and sisters-in-law Vernita (Sinnott)
Mullally, Emmett (Sheila) Murphy, Arlene MacInnis and Sheila MacInnis.
Predeceased by her husbands Ralph Eldershaw and Allie Murphy, brothers
Dan, Johnny and Harley MacInnis, brothers and sisters-in-law Maurice
(Bernie) Murphy, Ern (Evelyn) Murphy, Gertrude and Carl Murphy. Also
remembered by many very special nieces and nephews.
Transferred from the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown
Funeral Home to the Dr. Roddie Centre, St. Peter’s Bay for
visiting hours on Monday from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
The funeral will be held on Monday with funeral mass from St.
Peters Roman Catholic Church, St. Peters Bay at 3:00 p.m. Interment
will follow in St. Theresa, The Little Flower Parish Cemetery,
Morell.
