Joseph Doyle
DOYLE, Joseph Thomas – Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the Palliative Care Unit of The Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, Joseph Thomas Doyle age 67 years. Retired Captain of the St. John’s Regional Fire Department and lifetime member of the Newfoundland Antique and Classic Car Club. Predeceased by his parents: Patrick and Madonna Doyle; brother Kevin and nephew Gregory Oliver. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his loving wife of 44 years Jean (nee Lundrigan); son Stephen; sisters: Mary Oliver (Chesley) and Anne Marie Foote (David); brothers: Anthony (Margaret) and Pat (Shelly); special furry companion Chloe; also many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Visitation to be held from Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Monday, September 3, 2018 from 10am-12noon, 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass to be held from St. Peter’s Parish, Ashford Drive, Mount Pearl on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 10a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
