Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 32.
Loving wife to Brett Fortune.
Cherished daughter to Beth and Frank Prochnicki and daughter-in-law to Carol and Jeff Fortune.
Dear sister to Tyler (Jocelyn) Prochnicki, Dean (Lindsay) Prochnicki and Drew (Amanda) Fortune.
Much loved auntie to her nephews and nieces Deacon, Colton and Bennett Prochnicki and Emma and Evelyn Fortune.
Special granddaughter to Ann and Eugene Prochnicki.
Predeceased by her maternal grandparents Elmer and Marian McLaughlin.
A special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of the Oncology Ward at Grand River Hospital for all their care and compassion given to Jolan.
Cremation has taken place.
Jolan’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5 – 9 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Royal Canadian Legion, 601 Wellington St. North, Kitchener.
