BRANNIGAN, John Ronald. Peacefully on Thursday, Feb 1st,2018 at Dover Cliff’s LTC,in his 90th year. John was predeceased by his parents John Francis Brannigan and Florence Estelle Breckin and his daughters Nancy Brannigan as well as Kathy Brannigan. Brother of Phyllis Doreen Culp. Former husband of Verna Brannigan. John and Verna shared a very long history and a lifetime of memories and experiences from the time they met each other 72 years ago. A loving father to his 9 children, Nancy, Mike (Ingrid), Maureen (Art) Kathy (Leo) Jane (Paul) Greg, Cheryl, John, Rick. Grandfather to Shelley, Jamie, Aindrea, Carol, Cindy, Jeff, Sarah, Taylor, Robbie, Tanner, Chance, David Jade, Damien, Jake and many great and great-great grandchildren. John had a great passion for ham radios and was a licensed ham operator for many years. He spoke with people all around the world. He also enjoyed working on cars and electronic equipment and was very meticulous in everything he did. He also loved playing the accordion and his harmonica and travelling around in his RV. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. Special thanks to the kind and loving staff at Dover Cliff’s. In keeping with Johns wishes all services will be private.
