Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. John Richard Nolan age 64. Predeceased by parents Catherine Nolan (Smart) and Aiden Nolan; brother Tony Nolan; parents-in-law Lester and Mary Antle; sister-in-law Anna Antle Brown and John Antle. Leaving behind the love of his life and best friend his wife Jessie (Antle) and amazing daughter Melissa whom he loved beyond words and her boyfriend Shane Farrell; his four legged grand baby Nella; his darling sister Sharon Phelan (Kevin) and niece Laura who he loved so dearly; special aunt Mary Smart; brothers and sister-in-law Brenda Whihte (Leonard), Janice (Dwayne) Brushett, Pat Bennett, Gerry Antle and Fiancée Madonna, Lester (Lynn) Antle and Mabel (John, deceased) as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends especially niece Kim (Peter Healey). Many thanks to the staff at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic and to the staff at St. Clare’s 4 West. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 1 p.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted, or a donation may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
