John “Jackie” Thomas Mullin
1955 – 2018
John “Jackie” Thomas Mullin husband of Dianne (Matchett) Mullin of Cassilis, NB, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, December 3, 2018 at the age of 63. Born in Red Bank, NB. Jackie was the son of the late Lawrence and Annie (Hayden) Mullin.
In earlier years, Jackie was a carpenter with Sunny Corner Enterprises and was a member of the Carpenter’s Union Local 1386.
Jackie is survived by two daughters: Leslie Anne Crosse (Cory) of South Esk, NB and Jackie Lynn Mullin (Welsey Hay) of Sunny Corner, NB; one sister: Pauline Gregg (Walter) of Bridgewater, NS; two brothers: Lawrence of Red Bank, NB, Frankie (Colleen) of Fort McMurray, AB; two grandsons: Austin Crosse and Jack Hay; goddaughter: Jody Mullin; two aunts: Carmel Kingston and Mary Hayden; many nieces and nephews as well as his loyal dog Annie who never left his side.
Besides his parents, Jackie is predeceased by his sister Margaret “Peggy” Richard.
Jackie is resting at Meadows Funeral Home, 150 Northwest Road, Sunny Corner, NB with visitation on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held from Meadow’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11 AM with Father Dan Melanson officiating. Burial will take place in the spring.
