John « Jack » Johnston
Passed away on June 1, 2018
Jack passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital on June 1, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Jack is survived by his wife Grace of 59 years; daughter Debbie; granddaughter Jessica; grandson C Jay; great-granddaughter Taylor Grace; son Aaron (Kathy); grandchildren Katie and Emily as well as 92 year old Uncle Joe and several aunts and cousins. Jack is also survived by his brother Stewart (Lilly) in Ontario as well as his sister Patricia (Jack) in Northern Ireland. Jack was predeceased by both his parents Catherine and Stewart Johnston.
Jack was born in Belfast Northern Ireland and Emigrated to Canada in 1973. He lived in Ontario and Winnipeg before settling in Calgary in 1984. Jack was the Regional Sales Manager for Alberta and British Columbia for Thorn Lighting. In his spare time, Jack loved to Golf.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #285, (9202 Horton Road SW), on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
