It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that we say goodbye to our beloved father, spouse and friend, John George Stephon Sagdahl on Sunday February 4, 2018.
He leaves in wake of his memories, his mother Lillian Pacholuk, his brother David Sagdahl, sister Cathy Yacyshyn; spouse Peggy Sue Dixon; children: Alexander Sagdahl, Leahanna Sagdahl, Cassandra (no longer Sagdahl), Tylor Sagdahl, Brandon Sagdahl, Austin Sagdahl and Anthony Sagdahl/Dixon and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Predeceased by John Sagdahl Sr., Pearl Yacyshyn, Pauline Pacholuk and Steve Pacholuk.
The Memorial Service and Celebration of Life for John Sagdahl Jr. will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Funeral Service North Chapel, 10129 Princess Elizabeth Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, with Ron Pacholuk/Alex Sagdahl officiating.
Cremation will take place after viewing and processions. There is no burial scheduled after cremation yet.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Royal Alexander Hospital for trying to save our beloved father, spouse and friend.
Memorial donations in John Sagdahl Jr.s honour may be made directly to Peggy Sue Dixon and/or his children.
An added note: John always wanted to put money away for the children’s education and future.
