Obituary for
John E. Martin
The family announces with sorrow his death on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 72 years. Predeceased by his brother Gary Martin (September 21, 2018) and his parents Donald and Olga Martin. John will be missed by his many cousins especially Rodney Martin Sr. (Beth) and their children Rodney Jr., Sonya and Derick. He will also be missed by his many friends especially Raymond Léveillé and Bob Sharp. John was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Many will remember John when he worked at Dome Mine as a welder. Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service that will be announced at a later date. Remembrance donations to St-Anthony’s Cathedral Building Fund would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
