Lovingly Remembered
It is with great sadness that, after a long and hard fought battle with cancer, we are sharing the passing of our Dad, John David Chubb, on December 28th, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie; children Jeff (Kari), Jennifer (Kevin), Tamara (Steve), Shannon (Derek) and Lorenzo; grandchildren Kristopher (Jackie), Kassia (Michael), Mason, William, Madeline and baby girl Ahlskog; and great-grandchildren Autumn, Olive and Lennon.
A celebration of Dad’s life will be held in Sherwood Park on January 8th, 2018 at 2pm at Glenwood Funeral Home (52356 Range Road 232, Sherwood Park, Alberta, T8B 1B8). We invite everyone touched by this extraordinary man to come and share their memories of his life.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, our family requests a donation be made in Dad’s name to the Cross Cancer Institute.
