FALOON – Passed away peacefully at the age of 79, at Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, NB. August 1, 2018. Jo Ann Lorraine (McEachern) Faloon of St. Stephen. Wife of the late Albert E. Faloon.
Born a coal miners daughter in Westville, Nova Scotia, JoAnn was the youngest daughter of Joseph and Ann (Chambers) McEachern.
Jo Ann is survived by her sons: Kenneth (Martha), Garth (Victoria) and Brett (Kelly)., seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister, Shirley Andrews (Jim), brothers-in-law: Gary Faloon and Robert Faloon (Diane), nieces and nephews
Predeceased by her parents, husband, brother, Greg, sisters: Ilene, June, Edna Joyce and sister-in-law, Marie Faloon.
While Jo Ann raised a family with her husband Albert, Jo Ann was also a successful hunting and fishing camp operator throughout the seventies, she was a natural as she loved people and had a great knack for business. Her love of work continued when she returned to St. Stephen in 1987 where she met many wonderful people while working for the provincial and federal branches of the government. Jo Ann loved her home in St. Stephen and enjoyed a life full of friends and family.
Jo Ann`s family would like to express a very special thanks to all the wonderful people at Lincourt Manor for their tireless efforts in giving Jo Ann the best of care.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be made available as soon as possible.
For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, remembrances in memory of Jo Ann can be made to the Parkinson Society or charity of one`s choice.
