Obituary for Jerry Kavanaugh
It is with great sadness that we announce his passing on Saturday, April 14, after a long battle with respiratory illnesses. Jerry, 74, will live forever in the hearts of his wife Rita (nee van der Borgh) and his children Jerry and Cindy (Dennis).
A kind soul with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jerry found success in many small business ventures. His sense of humour and sincere generous nature will be missed.
In Dad’s own words to all those he touched, “thank you kindly” to the doctors and nurses at Erie Shores Healthcare. A special thank you to Nicole Hebert for her love and support and Madonna Ferrone, Amherstburg FHT, who was always there for Jerry.
