Jayden Gary Roger McCallum

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Jayden Gary Roger McCallum on January 8, 2018 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 26 years. Jayden is survived by his common-law wife Angela Matthews, his step son Johnathon Fraser, step-daughter Breyanna Fraser, mother Krista Bohning (Ken), father Gary McCallum (Angela), brother Tyson Batog (Brittany) and their children Blake and Peyton, sister Rylee Batog and her children, Tristan, Seth and Javier, brother Michael McCallum (Kerri) and their children Jamie, Jenifer and Jacob, brother James McCallum (Bev), step-brother Camron (Robin) and their children, Alexi and Maxwell, step-sister Casandra (Danny) and their children Jaxson and Maxwell and by his step-brother Colton. Jayden is also survived by his maternal grandparents Ross (Yvette) Bohning as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and friends. Jayden was predeceased by his sister Shalyne Batog in 2016, grandmother Jessie Erchbalmer, grandfather Joe Ershbalmer, great grandmother Isebll Bohning and great grandfather Herbet Bohning. A Memorial Service for Jayden will be held at the Hinton Community Centre on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Bill Bulger officiating. As an expression of sympathy and in loving memory of Jayden, memorial contributions may be made to Gabby’s Big Heart Charity at www.gabbysbigheart.com.
