Death Notice
JACKSON, Janice – Peacefully at McGarrell Place on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, Janice Elizabeth Jackson, nee Watkins of London age 83. Beloved wife for 60 years of Greg Jackson. Loving mother of Scott Jackson and his wife April. Also fondly remembered by her niece Cheryl. Daughter of the late Dorothy and Jack Watkins and sister of the late Patricia, all of Guelph.
A very good athlete, she enjoyed several sports including golf, tennis, badminton and in her youth, track and field. She loved the outdoors, especially her garden and liked reading and crosswords. Janice was a past member of the Daughters of the Nile.
Visitation on Monday from 7-9 pm at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, where a memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 20 at 11 am. Private interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the Shriners Hospitals for Children would be appreciated.
