Obituary of Janet Child
Passed away peacefully at her home in Cambridge on October 13, 2018 at the age of 65.
Loving mother of Regan (Colin) and Grandma of Davis. Jan is survived by her mother, Dorothy Gould; and siblings, Grant (Deborah) Gould, Gaye (Bruce Maule) Gould, Judy (Pedro) Fernandes, Peter (Debbie) Gould. She will be fondly remembered by her Aunt Jean; her many nieces and nephews; her best friend Michelle Meghie; and her furry companion Susha.
Special thanks to her wonderful support system of caregivers, friends and neighbours who did so much to help Jan over the years.
Jan’s two greatest loves of her life were her grandson, Davis and the peace and tranquility when she was up north in Muskoka surrounded by fresh air, nature and listening to the sounds of the lake.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jan during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2 p.m.
