Sadly we announce the passing of Jane Wanda Penney – Age 61 of Weymouth on January 18, 2018 at home with her son and his family in Newport Station. Born in Digby, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Jenny (Amero) Barr. Over the years Jane was a stay at home mom before working in fish plants and then working for Canada Post in Weymouth for 10 years until leaving due to illness. She had a great sense of humour, you never knew what she was going to say. She loved her kids and grandchildren and spending time with family.
