There are some like our beloved Jamie
who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone
the light remains. There is a hidden blessing in every struggle and
Jamie remained our blessing throughout his short
life.
Jamie has now left to be with the
angels and his grandparents who received him with open loving
arms.
Jamie lived his life as a gentle,
loving, kind, funny man. He never complained and never spoke an unkind
word about anyone. He would listen to his favorite music (Ozzy) for
hours, play his guitar, play his video games and loved all things WWE.
Jamie also loved to write stories and
songs.
Left to mourn Jamie are his mother Rita
Nason (Gary Jochelman), his father Gary Nason (Brenda), a brother Todd
(Janell), his nieces Allee (great-niece Dakota), Cheyanne and nephew
Mitchell, a step-sister Christine Cleaghorn (Tommy). Jamie is also
survived by his aunts Barb Simmonds, Nancy Collett (Brian) and Marilyn
MacKeegan (Ken), an uncle Greg McBean and a great-uncle Guy Nason.
Jamie had many cousins who mourn his passing. He was
predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ruth and Eugene McBean and
his paternal grandparents, Annie and Arthur McCracken. Jamie was
blessed to have a second family who loved him and will miss him
greatly, Sheena, Jeremy and Will Melanson and his « buddy »
Jerry.
Jamie was fortunate to be under the
care of Dr. Patricia Thorpe for many years. We also want to thank Dr.
Lauren Wiley and Deseree for the care and kindness shown to
Jamie.
There will be no visitation hours and a
private family service will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to
Bishop’s Funeral Home (458-1885) under the watchful eye of
Charlie Meade. Donations in memory of Jamie may be made to the Capital
Region Mental Health or the Fredericton Homeless Shelter.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Jamie S Nason 19732018..
