Jacob Roelof Profijt, of Mount Forest, passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Friday, October 12th, 2018 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Shirley McLenachan. Loving father of Kaidjah Profijt and her partner Paul Wintemute, Jack Profijt and his wife Suzanne, and Lisa Profijt and her husband Douglas Hull. Cherished grandfather of Jenna Profijt and her fiancée Christopher Mancini, Conner Profijt, Shelby Hull, and James Hull. Great-grandfather of Adrianna Hull. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Cancer Patient Services would be appreciated by the family.
