Jake Martens of Virden, Manitoba and formerly of Kola, Manitoba, beloved husband of Helen Martens and loving father of Tim, Peter and Paulina passed away at Virden Health Centre Monday, February 26, 2018 at the age of 86 years.
A Celebration of Jake’s life will take place at Kola EMC, Kola, Manitoba Friday, March 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Kola EMC Cemetery. Viewing for family and friends will be at Carscadden Funeral Chapel, 383 Wellington St. W. Virden, Manitoba Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to EMC Missions in memory of Jake.
